Patrick Wardle 681f836fbb always unset 'undelivered' alert after timeout 
if alert was not delivered after multiple attempts (i.e. network offline), it wouldn't be cleared, preventing new alerts from being delivered

-installer now shows 'upgrade' if app is already installed

-uninstall cleans up empty directory
-uninstall keeps going if it can't login item
-linked w/ new framework which improves camera selection
  --first, looks for apple built in camera
  --otherwise, falls back to default
