sluicebox 11fec236a2 SCI: Make KQ6 'Tickets, only' script patch a workaround 
In addition to simplifying, this fixes the message in Spanish and
Italian versions. The CD patch signature matched these floppy versions
too and altered their correct messages.

sluicebox eee7882c9a SCI: Fix LSL3 volume slider 
There was a workaround for this but it didn't fix the script bug.
Instead it set the volume to max every time the volume dialog opened.

sluicebox 3e176b38d2 SCI: Add workarounds for NRS SQ4 Update 1.3 
Workarounds for this excellent fan patch were deliberately
excluded because previous versions were distributed with a full
version of the game, but 1.3 is distributed as a true patch set.

Confirmed that this version is now completable.

sluicebox 56ea963cea SCI: Create message workaround system 
Adds a new workaround system for known broken messages and their
corresponding audio and sync resources. This replaces all special
cases in c++ and several script patches with data structures and
generic handling.

Common message bugs:
- Wrong tuple requested by game script
- Wrong tuple in message resource
- Wrong message text that exists in another record
- Missing message text
- Audio or sync resource with different tuple than message
