Le Philousophe 202ff896b6 APPLE-SDKS: Update SDK and fix extraction and build 
New SDK uses hardlink tricks in CPIO to compress package better.
When using the extraction filter, the hardlinked files are extracted
badly and files are corrupted
New iPhone SDK needs a really recent LLVM because of Swift related
changes in the headers.
Newer LLVM needs fixes to compiler-rt build process

Le Philousophe 8dd83f3073 DEBIAN: Remove test-engine target and move devtools build to others 
test-engine target is not useful anymore as we build testbed engine for
every platform now.
devtools will now be built by standard Debian x86_64 and clang one. This
will ensure it builds with two major compilers instead of one.
