Nathan Shively-Sanders e2bfbd54f5 Rename, default to 'min' and fix Projects case 
1. Rename to runtests-parallel
2. Change default reporter to 'min', which reduces interleaved/interfering
output.
3. Change 'projects' to 'Projects'
