Kevin M. Cox b015b45d41 Split load_page() into internal-page and arbitrary-URL variants (#1360) 
load_page() now only loads Munki-internal HTML pages from htmlDir and will not navigate to remote URLs. New load_url() loads arbitrary http(s) URLs; it is called only by loadSidebarItemPage to honor admin-configured CustomSidebarItems with remote page values.
