Split load_page() into internal-page and arbitrary-URL variants ( #1360 )
...
load_page() now only loads Munki-internal HTML pages from htmlDir and will not navigate to remote URLs. New load_url() loads arbitrary http(s) URLs; it is called only by loadSidebarItemPage to honor admin-configured CustomSidebarItems with remote page values.

Update Spanish (es) localization for Munki 7.1 ( #1346 )

Translate all new strings and verify existing translations for the
Munki 7.1 release, including:
- Quit blocking applications sheet (Reopen, Quit Apps and Update,
Skip and Update Others, Manual quit required, Force Quit)
- Apple updates display strings (pending counts, availability messages)
- macOS out-of-date message
- Volume owner restriction message (complete partial translation)
- Standardize "Skip" translations to use "Omitir" consistently
- Use infinitive form for checkbox label (Reabrir)
- Remove all TODO: TRANSLATE and TODO: verify translation tags
