Fix server link in settings.json (#10)

The `url` key in line 60 needs should NOT be the same as the `accessUrl` in line 44. Leaving it the same value will produce “cannot connect to server” errors after trying to join a room in the Web UI.

The new url matches what’s listed in the other parts of the documentation and what was recommended by samcm in other issues:
