asmosoinio cee0904235 import Foundation and not Cocoa in HelperConstants.swift 
Does not matter much since both libraries will be available on macos, but nothing from Cocoa is needed in this file, and this makes it explicit that the privileged helper does not have any UI

Erik Berglund 452ca2e45b Updated AuthorizationRight to allow using the system constant defined rules. 
Now you can pass either a ruleCustom or ruleConstant, and if nothing is passed a default rule is applied.
