Date init from ntfs timestamp is no longer failable
...
The only reason for it to be was to propagate optionality of UInt64 argument. Instead we can if-let ntfs timestamp and call this initializer with non-optional argument. We also now force-unwrap ntfsReferenceDate, since it is likely to be a system problem if we cannot create definetely correct date from its components.

Revert "Disable STRIP_INSTALLED_PRODUCT xcode project setting"
...
Carthage released an update which fixes the problem with unintended stripping of debugging symbols, thus, we no longer need to modify project settings to workaround this problem.

In this cases it now sets them to nil, which is consistent with behavior of open(container:) function.

This fixes missing symbol information for carthage archives. This is a temporary fix until carthage releases its own update which solves this issue.
