Tests: 

- test fixtures 

- ran on Store + - and saw no difference in compiled output 

- [diff](P744101621) with 
`enableTreatHooksAsFunctions=false` 

- [diff](P744105565) with 
`enableTreatHooksAsFunctions=true`
