Mofei Zhang 71c9743e38 [snap] Fix vscode debugger attaching to forked proc ...

Turns out I just forgot to forward `process.env` when forking 😅 

`debugger` statements and breakpoints should work with both `--sync` and 
`--no-sync` (default) modes
