Summary: Some of our NativeModule type specs aren't compatible with our Android codegen and type safety checks - specifically, we don't support `$ReadOnly` in our type checks, and we don't support map types in the codegen. Removing these from a couple of the OSS type specs so we can enable codegen for these modules (eventually).
