This change allows us to strip CustomStyleSpan. We already set all but `fontVariant` on the underlying EditText, so we just need to route that through as well.
Note that because this span is non-parcelable, it is seemingly not subject to the buggy behavior on Samsung devices of infinitely cloning the spans, but non-parcelable spans have different issues on the devices (they disappear), so moving `fontVariant` to the top-level makes sense here.

This change makes us apply strikethrough and underline as paint flags to the underlying EditText, instead of just the spans. We then opt ReactUnderlineSpan and ReactStrikethroughSpan into being strippable.
This does actually create visual behavior changes, where child text will inherit any underline or strikethrough of the root EditText (including if the child specifies `textDecorationLine: "none"`. The new behavior is consistent with both iOS and web though, so it seems like more of a bugfix than a regression.

We cache the backing EditText span on text change to later measure. To measure outside of a TextInput we need to restore any spans we removed. Spans may overlap, so base attributes should be behind everything else.
The logic here for dealing with precedence is incorrect, and we should instead accomplish this by twiddling with the `SPAN_PRIORITY` bits.

D42721684 (https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/be69c8b5a77ae60cced1b2af64e48b90d9955be5) left a pretty bad bug when using Fabric for Android. I missed that in Fabric specifically, on edit we will cache the Spannable backing the EditText for use in future measurement.
Because we've stripped the sizing spans, Spannable measurement has incorrect font size, and the TextInput size will change (collapsing) after the first edit. This effectively breaks any uncontrolled TextInput which does not have explicit dimensions set.

Summary:
This PR prevents blob data from being prematurely de-allocated in native code when using slice to create views into an existing blob. Currently, whenever a new blob is created via createFromOptions, BlobManager.js creates a new blobCollector object since options.__collector is never provided.

Since, `blob.slice()` is supposed to create a new view onto the same binary data as the original blob, we need to re-use the same collector object when slicing so that it is not GC'd until the last reference to the binary data is no longer reachable. Currently, since each blob slice gets a new blobCollector object, the memory is de-allocated when the first blob is GC'd.

In https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/35936 we observed that the presence of AbsoluteSizeSpan may lead to hangs when using the Grammarly keyboard on Samsung.
This mitigation makes it so that we do not emit this span in any case where it is sufficient to rely on already set EditText textSize. In simple cases, tested on two devices, it causes typing into the TextInput to no longer hang.
This does not fully resolve the issue for TextInputs which meaningfully use layout-effecting spans (or at least font size), such as non-uniform text size within the input. We instead just try to reduce to minimum AbsoluteSizeSpan possible.
Testing the first commit was able to resolve hangs in some simpler inputs tested, by me and cortinico.

Summary:
The hermes profiler doesn't work currently, I tracked down the problem to a couple of things.
- Need to call `registerForProfiling` to enable profiling for a specific runtime. I added the call at the same place where we enable the debugger.
- `runInExecutor` didn't work and call its callback. Not sure exactly why, but using `executor_->add` like we do in a lot of other places to run code on the executor works.
- `GetHeapUsageRequest` seems to cause some deadlocks. JS contexts were not detected reliably, I suspect this is related to deadlocks when trying to run on inspector executor. `GetHeapUsageRequest` doesn't actually need any data from the inspector so there is no need to run it on that queue. To fix it I moved the call to use `runInExecutor` instead.

Summary:
This fix solves a problem very well evaluated [here](https://github.com/Expensify/App/issues/2727) as well as this [one](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/29290).
The issue is that when the app goes to background, in landscape mode, the RCTDeviceInfo code triggers an orientation change event that did not physically happen. Due to that, we get swapped values returned when going back to the app.
I debugged the react-native code, and to me it seems that react native publishes the orientation change event one extra time when switching the state of the app to 'inactive'. Here is what is happening:
1. iPad is in landscape.
2. We move the app to inactive state.
3. Native Code queues portrait orientation change (no such change happened physically), and immediately after it triggers landscape change (same as we had in point 1).
4. We restore the app to active state.
5. The app receives two queued orientation change events, one after another.
6. The quick transition between portrait and landscape happens even though it never went back to portrait.

The current `test-manual-e2e.sh` script is broken on Android + Hermes + New App Template.
This commit fixes it. Specifically:
- There is no need to generate Maven Artifacts for RN Tester, as RN Tester consumes them from source.
- There is instead a need to generate Maven Artifacts for New App Template, as they need to be included inside the NPM package.
- The `:ReactAndroid:hermes-engine:installArchives` task needs to invoked to also generate the Hermes-engine .aar for bundling.

The current implementation of **getDefaultJSExecutorFactory** relies solely on try catch to load the correct .so file for jsc or hermes based on the project configuration.
Relying solely on try catch block and loading jsc even when project is using hermes can lead to launch time crashes especially in monorepo architectures and hybrid apps using both native android and react native.
So we can make use of an additional **ReactInstanceManager :: setJsEngineAsHermes** method that accepts a Boolean argument from the host app while building ReactInstanceManager which can tell which library to load at startup in **ReactInstanceManagerBuilder** which will now have an enhanced getDefaultJSExecutorFactory method that will combine the old logic with the new one to load the dso files.
The code snippet in **ReactInstanceManager** for adding a new setter method:

Our app was facing a similar issue as listed in this list: **https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+DSO**. Which was react-native trying to load jsc even when our project used hermes when a debug build was deployed on a device using android studio play button.
This change can possibly solve many of the issues listed in the list as it solved ours.

Summary:
This fix is necessarly to ensure that when working on the codebase in the `0.XX-stable` branches (ex. when you are working on a release) the Hermes podfile is correctly set against the right commit for that branch, and not latest commit from main branch of Hermes repo.
I didn't add a check to verify that the file `.hermesversion` exists because I think it's safe to assume that the file and the tag correctly exists when this step (doing a pod install on the `0.XX-stable` branch).
Once this is merged, we need to cherry pick it on both the 0.69 and 0.70 branches

Sometime `fileReader.readAsDataURL` is unable to get blob from the dictionary after `new Blob(blobs)` and then reject with `Unable to resolve data for blob: blobId` in iOS or `The specified blob is invalid` in android. Because line `a` and `b` can be run in different thread. `new Blob([])` is in progress and `fileReader.readAsDataURL` accesses the blob dictionary ahead of the blob creation.
The expected behaviour is it should finish new Blob([]) first and then readAsDataURL(blob)
To fix that, there should be a lock inside the method `createFromParts`. For iOS, It needs to be a recursive_mutex to allow same thread to acquire lock

- use `header_mappings_dir` to keep `react/bridging` header structure
- because the header structure is not default framework header structure, explicitly `HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS` is necessary.

This change is mostly needed to support the new react-native architecture with Swift. Some private yoga headers end up being included in the swift build and result in compilation failure since swift cannot compile c++ modules. See https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/33381.
The most reliable fix is to include all headers as public headers, and add `#ifdef __cplusplus` to those that include c++. This is already what we do for other headers, this applies this to all headers.
Tested in the YogaKitSample, and also in a react-native app.

In https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/32695, the `Performance.now()` implementation changed to use unix epoch timestamps instead of a monotonic clock.
This is problematic, because it means that performance measurements get skewed if the device clock changes between two measurements.
With this change, the clock is now monotonic (and the implementation stays consistent between platforms).

The `utils/build-apple-framework.sh` script uses the ruby runtime to load `hermes-engine.podspec`, and in the process it will load the Core CocoaPods gem to parse the podspec file.
Since the podspec file uses Pod::UI to print logs, and the CoreUI gem is not loaded when `build-apple-framework.sh` accesses `hermes-engine.podspec`, we would get a warning due to Pod::UI not being defined.
This change will only use Pod::UI when it is defined, therefore limiting it to only executing when `hermes-engine.podspec` is loaded as part of the normal `pod install` build process.

Using Fabric with a Swift native module is currently broken. There are currently two issues.
If you try to integrate a native module with Swift code, you will get the following error when running `pod install` with Fabric enabled:

The Swift pod `MyNativeView` depends upon `React-RCTFabric`, `React-Codegen`, `RCTTypeSafety`, and `ReactCommon`, which do not define modules.
To opt into those targets generating module maps (which is necessary to import them from Swift when building as static libraries),
you may set `use_modular_headers!` globally in your Podfile, or specify `:modular_headers => true` for particular dependencies.

To resolve this, I have applied the suggestion from the error (set `:modular_headers => true` for the appropriate modules inside `react_native_pods.rb`.
Afterwards, `pod install` succeeds but I still got `Redefinition of module 'React'` during the build due to the conflict inside the generated modulesmaps `React-Core.modulemap` and `React-RCTFabric.modulemap`. This makes sense since `React-RCTFabric.podspec` has `s.header_dir = "React"` (see [here](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/blob/main/React/React-RCTFabric.podspec#L37)) and the module inherits that. However, we can explicitly specify `module_name` for the podspec which is what I have done. I have named the module `Fabric`, let me know if you think there's a better name.
