Summary:This work allows automated release deployment.
Previous semi-automation lived in release.sh and I split it into two pieces:
- test-manual-e2e.sh - that just tests that current commit is buildable and makes a quick e2e installation for manual testing
- publish-npm.js - that makes publish based on what current branch and tags are on commit that is tested/deployed by CI
This simplified `Releases.md` guide and requires you to just run
```
git checkout -b 0.22-stable
git tag v0.22.0-rc
git push origin 0.22-stable --tags
```
to have a successful npm release.

Summary:Fixes the RefreshControl layout after a screen rotation. See #6311 for a more detailed explanation. I fixed it by adjusting the frame of the RefreshControl in `layoutSubviews` of the parent ScrollView.
While working on fixing this I noticed that when doing a 'pull to refresh' and then not scrolling and wait for it to end the next one will not behave like the first one (it will require pulling further down for the spinner to start spinning). I fixed that too by scrolling the scrollview back to 0 manually before calling `UIRefreshControl.endRefreshing`.
**Test plan (required)**
Tested using the UIExplorer RefreshControl example.
When doing a pull to refresh and then rotating the screen the RefreshControl must stay positioned properly.
Doing multiple consecutive pull to refresh without scrolling after should all behave the same.

Summary: In React, ReactCompoundView is supposed to be implemented by a View, but there is no ViewGroup counterpart that allows mixing virual nodes and non-virtual ones (Views) in the same parent. This is needed because TouchTargetHelper always considers child Views when looking for touch target before falling back to View/ReactCompoundView. This works incorrectly for e.g. layout-only / flattened nodes. ReactCompoundViewGroup allow intercepting touch event before it is dispatched to its children. In that sense, ReactCompoundView.reactTagForTouch() is like View.onTouchEvent() whereas ReactCompoundViewGroup.interceptsTouchEvent() is like ViewGroup.onInterceptTouchEvent().

Summary:025281230de2e316f2770a2db71f8bec6fe43a07 changed `WebSocket` to fire both `onerror` and `onclose`.
However, `setupDevtools` assumed that only one of the two handlers would ever be invoked. When the handler is invoked, it re-invokes itself to keep a socket open. But since both handelrs are invoked, a series of closed or failed sockets can cause an exponential increase in sockets opened.
Symptoms of this bug include eventually reaching the maximum number of file descriptors allowed by the operating system, or a non-responsive system. Within React Native applications, symptoms include a failure to load resources from the React Native server or application crashes.

Summary:Motivation: Developer expects `onclose` to be called before/during close of the websocket. The `websocketFailed` event triggers a close but does not invoke onclose.
Testplan: Connect to a websocket server from android, terminate the server, observe that onerror is called, the websocket is closed, but onclose is not called.
Note: the observed bug is in android only because in iOS the underlying websocket implementation fires the `websocketClosed` rather than `websocketFailed` event when the server terminates. Nevertheless, the justification for this change stands that regardless of the cause of the close, if `this.close` is called it is expected this.onclose should be called as well.

Summary:There was a deadlock in the bridge if a native module tried to dispatch an event through EventDispatcher (that thread would hold the mTeardownLock and want the mEventStaging lock) at the same time the EventDispatcher callback was triggered and tried to dispatch a call through JS (that thread would hold the mEventStaging lock and want the mTeardownLock).
Now there are two locks (lol). In the scenario above, the native module would hold the mJSToJavaTeardownLock and want the mEventStaging lock, while the EventDispatcher callback would hold the mEventStaging lock and want the mJavaToJSTeardownLock.

Summary:PR does as it says -- updates Babel dependencies to latest versions.
In general, this changes nothing for 99.9% of users (everyone that isn't FB). If they were to `npm install react-native` right now, they would get all of these dependencies anyway.
However, this does revert a previous change where we were using "~" instead of "^" in front of the Babel deps in order to attempt to lock them to minor dependencies. However, due to the fact that each Babel package uses "^", and there are so many interdependencies, this actually would cause an issue where multiple versions of babel-core, et. al. to be installed.
*Edit* - In addition, we add React to `devDependencies` so that it behaves properly in testing, now that it's a peer dependency.

Summary:The e2e-test.sh currently only supports iOS. Most of the script will be identical for Android,
let's therefore reuse it. This diff adds one argument: --ios, --android or --packager.
`--packager` starts the packager and checks it produces a bundle. The idea is to run this

Summary:The UICollectionView example is actually my use-case, which is discussed in a
bit more detail [here](https://github.com/alloy/ReactNativeExperiments/issues/2).
----
This is useful when wrapping native iOS components that determine their
own suggested size and which would be too hard/unnecessary to replicate
in the shadow view. For instance a `UICollectionView` that after layout
will update its `contentSize`, which could be used to suggest a size to
the shadow view.
The reason for adding it to -[RCTShadowView setFrame:] is mainly so it
can be used via the existing -[RCTUIManager setFrame:forView:] API and
because it might not be a feature you want to expose too prominently.
An origin of `{ NAN, NAN }` is used as a sentinel to indicate that the
frame should be used as a size suggestion. The size portion of the rect
may contain a `NAN` to skip that dimension or a suggested value for the
dimension which will be used if no explicit styling has been assigned.

ExecutorToken is an object that only serves as a token that can be used to identify an executor/message queue thread in the bridge. It doesn't expose any methods. If the dtor is not marked nothrow(false), the exceptions are uncatchable (and bubble up as a std::abort without exception info) and if annotated properly, the program instead crashes trying to resume the stack, again a std::abort without exception info.
Instead, I created a separate destroy method that can be called (and protected via fbjni) to make the dtor's no longer execute code that may throw. Summary:This imports `react-transform-hmr/lib/index.js` with a relative path from every module, to make sure we don’t rely on the current (broken) behaviour.
It works now, because:
- the dependency is added by a transform
- we extract dependencies before transforming
- we include `react-transform-hmr/lib/index.js` manually
- packager incorrectly names modules by the name of their package (i.e. packages with multiple versions overwrite each other)
This blocks transforming before extracting dependencies, switching to numeric module IDs, and unbundling/random access bundles.

Also, the `RUN_RUNLOOP_WHILE()` macro did not actually assert when timing out, and the logic in `- [RCTBridgeTests tearDown];` was broken in such a way that tests would always take 5 seconds to run (and then timeout silently). Summary:We've received reports saying that sometimes HRM updates take a couple of seconds to get applied. The feature is very optimized so that it takes around 100ms for most common type of changes. Only changes that require rebuilding caches could take longer than that, maybe up to 1 second.
We think the problem is that watchman delays sending the file change notification because the system is under heavy use. It worth mentioning this is not a watchman issue!. This could happen for instance if flow is enabled. So, to better understand what's going on lets log when a file is changed and just before sending the HMR update to the client. The client codepath is extremelly fast so no need to log any of that.

Summary:The `uiBlockToAmendWithShadowViewRegistry:` is called on every single view manager, on every single layout pass. This causes all view managers to be eagerly intiialized, even if not being used.
In practice very few modules actually use this method, so by checking if the method is implemented before calling it, we can eliminate most of this work.
(Hopefully in future we can get ride of this method altogether, but right now it's integral to the way that text layout is implemented).

Summary:This is an initial take on how to allow for value wrapping in Animated (currently `.timing` only). It adds a wrap config options which is an array specifying a range of values to be wrapped around. Anytime the delta of `toValue and fromValue > wrapDistance / 2` instead of animating the long way it will animate towards the range extremity and then after breaching the range it will readjust to animated to the true toValue.
Example Usage:
```js
Animated.timing(
this.state.animatedDegrees,
{toValue: Math.random()*360, wrap: [0, 360]}
).start()
```
This is presumably very valuable in rotation based animations, but could also be useful in other applications like wrapping the edges of the viewport.
Questions & Todo:
- Is `wrap` as a config key semantically meaningful and accurate?
- Is there a way to expose this as a config option on `.interpolate` rather than timing
- Generalize to all animated API's (spring, decay), and will this work with ValueXY out of the box?
- Add tests

Summary:**Problem**: As seen in https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/5820, many devs are confused by the fact that the offline bundle is not generated when running against the simulator, even when running in the "Release" configuration which is supposed to mimic "production" scenarios.
This pull request is a small change that fixes https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/5820 by updating the `react-native-xcode.sh` shell script to still generate the ofline bundle during Release configuration. It also updates `AppDelegate.m` to better document this behaviour in the comments so as to avoid any surprises.
**Test plan**: This is a simple change, the two tests done were
1. In a new React Native project, verify that an offline build is not generated when running against the simulator in "Debug" configuration as per normal.
2. Change to a "Release" configuration via Product > Scheme > Edit Scheme in XCode, then verify that the project runs with the offline build generated.
, `Picker`'s `onValueChange` should be called with `itemValue` and `itemPosition` but currently only `itemValue` is passed. This PR fixes that.
The position is passed as the 2nd parameter to not introduce any breaking change, and also to respect the current documentation.
The documentation doesn't need to be changed as it will be correct with this PR, but maybe it needs to be updated until this is merged?

Summary:The bug is caused by a weird race condition. What happens is that when calling `UIRefreshControl#endRefreshing` the `UIScrollView` delegate `scrollViewDidScroll` function is called synchronously and then `dockClosestSectionHeader` crashes because the sticky header indexes are updated but not the contentView children.
I fixed it by adding an updating property on `RCTRefreshControl` and setting it before calling `endRefreshing` so we can know not to call `dockClosestSectionHeader` at that moment.
Tested with both `RefreshControl` and `onRefreshStart` prop.

At the moment, the packager's cache can only be broken by changing packager's `package.json` version,by supplying a different `cacheKey` or by updating the `mtime` of the transformer. We need to add support for breaking the cache key when a plugin the transformer use gets updated. To do so, lets introduce a property on the transformer, namely `cacheKey`.

It takes `top`, `bottom`, `left`, and `right` same as the `pressRetentionOffset` prop. When a touch is moved, `hitSlop` is combined with `pressRetentionOffset` to determine how far the touch can move off the button before deactivating the button.

I was looking into the missing panels at the bottom of the <ListView> - Grid Layout example, and found that it was caused by several problems, some in the example and some in ListView itself.
The first problem seemed to be a bug in the `_getDistanceFromEnd()` method, which calculates whether the ListView needs to load more content based on the distance of the visible content from the bottom of the scrollview. This was previously using the function
Math.max(scrollProperties.contentLength, scrollProperties.visibleLength) - scrollProperties.visibleLength - scrollProperties.offset
to calculate the amount the user could scroll before they run out of content. This sort-of works in most cases because `scrollProperties.contentLength` is usually longer than `scrollProperties.visibleLength`, so this would generally evaluate to
scrollProperties.contentLength - scrollProperties.visibleLength - scrollProperties.offset
which meant that it would be positive as long as there was content still to be displayed offscreen, and negative when you reached the end of the content. This logic breaks down if `contentLength` is less than `visibleLength`, however. For example, if you have 300pts of content loaded, and your scrollView is 500pts tall, and your scroll position is zero, this evaluates to
Math.max(300, 500) - 500 - 0 = 0
In other words, the algorithm is saying that you have zero pts of scroll content remaining before you need to reload. But actually, the bottom 200pts of the screen are empty, so you're really 200pts in debt, and need to load extra rows to fill that space. The correct algorithm is simply to get rid of the `Math.max` and just use
scrollProperties.contentLength - scrollProperties.visibleLength - scrollProperties.offset
I originally thought that this was the cause of the gap, but it isn't, because ListView has `DEFAULT_SCROLL_RENDER_AHEAD = 1000`, which means that it tries to load at least 1000pts more content than is currently visible, to avoid gaps. This masked the bug, so in practice it wasn't causing an issue.
The next problem I found was that there is an implict assumption in ListView that the first page of content you load is sufficient to cover the screen, or rather, that the first _ second page is sufficient. The constants `DEFAULT_INITIAL_ROWS = 10` and `DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE = 1`, mean that when the ListView first loads, the following happens:
1. It loads 10 rows of content.
2. It checks if `_getDistanceFromEnd() < DEFAULT_SCROLL_RENDER_AHEAD` (1000).
3. If it is, it loads another `DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE` rows of content, then stops.
In the case of the ListView Grid Layout example, this meant that it first loaded 10 cells, then loaded another 1, for a total of 11. The problem was that going from 10 to 11 cells isn't sufficient to fill the visible scroll area, and it doesn't change the `contentSize` (since the cells wrap onto the same line), and since ListView doesn't try to load any more until the `contentSize` or `scrollOffset ` changes, it stops loading new rows at that point.
I tried fixing this by calling `_renderMoreRowsIfNeeded()` after `_pageInNewRows()` so that it will continue to fetch new rows until the `_getDistanceFromEnd()` is less than the threshold, rather than stopping after the first page and waiting until the `contentSize` or `scrollOffset` change, but although this solves the problem for the Grid Layout example, it leads to over-fetching in the more common case of a standard row-based ListView.
In the end, I just increased the `pageSize` to 3 for the Grid Layout example, which makes more sense anyway since loading a page that is not a multiple of the number of cells per row confuses the `_renderMoreRowsIfNeeded` algorithm, and leads to gaps at the bottom of the view.
This solved the problem, however there was still a "pop-in" effect, where the additional rows were paged in after the ListView appeared. This was simply a misconfiguration in the example itself: The default of 10 rows was insufficient to fill the screen, so I changed the `initialListSize` prop to `20`.

While this is fine for a normal `ImageView`, `ToolbarAndroid`/`ReactToolbar` currently crashes if the icons are located on the file system. This happens because when setting an icon on `ReactToolbar`, Fresco is only used if the icon URI contains `http:// `or `https://`. Summary:
This PR moves `react` from dependencies to peerDependencies.
In general, this would have only been important for those people using packages that depend on `react` and were using npm@2...npm@3 would automatically de-dupe.
However, when #5812 gets merged, dependencies will be scoped to react-native (on both npm@2 & npm@3), thus breaking projects that are using a package like `react-redux` for example, which depends on `react`. There would be two copies of React installed, and due to the use of haste modules in `react`, this would break the packager and cause naming collisions.
This PR does three things -
1. Moves the dependency from dependencies to peerDependencies
2. Updates the local-cli to run `npm install react --save` when a new project is initialized.
3. Updates `react-native upgrade` to warn if `react` is not listed in the package.json's dependencies.

As a part of this change I'm also renaming SimpleArray to JavaOnlyArray and SimpleMap to JavaOnlyMap. The main reason for the change is to support use-cases such as driving animations form the native code. In the case of native "animated" I'd like to be able to use the same interface as JS is using for updating the View properties. As view setters can take ReadableMap and ReadableArray as an argument in some cases it is necessary to create and pass those types to the setter. Using WritableNativeArray and WritableNativeMap for this purpose seems to me like a misuse and IMO will be less performant (vs java-only map/array) as those implementations of ReadableMap and ReadableArray proxies all their methods through JNI.
I'm also adding some additional class-level comments for the moved classes to avoid confusion and hopefuly prevent people from using those classess accidentally while writing native modules or methods that calls to JS.

The actual reason why this is necessary is because in the latest sync from FB, fbjs was updated to use the `Symbol.iterator` express in it's isEmpty function: https://github.com/facebook/fbjs/commit/064a484e18b03f988f9eb540255ef8d742301c8d
We use this in RN in the ListView...and this change (once #5084 is merged) will cause ListView to break on older JSC context's.
This resolves that, and is probably something we should have had all along.

KeyboardListener needs DisplayMetrics to be initialized when it is attached. At
the moment, this breaks easily whenever we change these components, since DisplayMetrics are intialized
in a module and KeyboardListener is created eagerly in ReactRootView, whereas
ReactRootView can exist without the instance.
This changes to create DisplayMetrics as soon as possible, when the react
instance is built. The KeyboardListener is created and attached after the ReactRootView is
attached to an existing instance, point at which DisplayMetrics have to be
initialized.

The packager currently assumes that all assets that are not JSON or JS files must be images. Although it is possible to add other extension types, they crash the packager if you try to require them, because it attempts to get their dimensions, assuming that they are an image.
This is a crude workaround for that problem, which skips the image-specific processing for non-image assets, but really it would be better if the packager was properly aware of different asset types and treated them differently (e.g. for sounds it could include the duration, for HTML pages it could parse and include linked CSS files, etc).
I've also added an example of using `require('...')` to load a packager-managed HTML page in the UIExplorer WebView example. In future I anticipate that all static asset types (sounds, fonts, etc.) could be handled in this way, which allows them to be edited or added/removed on the fly instead of needing to restart the app.

Rather than specifying Babel plugins in the `.babelrc` packaged with react-native, leverage a Babel preset to define the plugins (https://github.com/exponentjs/babel-preset-react-native).
This allows for a much better user experience for those who want (or need) to override options in their project's `.babelrc`.
Prior to this PR, if a user wanted to use a custom babel-plugin (or a custom set of babel plugins), they'd have either 1) manually override the `.babelrc` in the react-packager directory (or fork RN), or 2) specify a custom transformer to use when running the packager that loaded their own `.babelrc`. Note - the custom transformer was necessary because without it, RN's `.babelrc` options would supersede the options defined in the project's `.babelrc`...potentially causing issues with plugin ordering.
This PR makes the transformer check for the existence of a project-level `.babelrc`, and if it it's there, it _doesn't_ use the react-native `.babelrc`. This prevents any oddities with Babel plug

Right now I went for a cross platform API and functions that don't exist on a platform are just a no-op but I'm not sure it is the best choice since at the moment what is supported is very different between both platforms. I was wondering what you guys think and if it would be better off as 2 different modules.
It is also possible to port some of the features I added for Android to iOS even if there is no 'standard' way to do it. Like `setColor` could be implemented by drawing a colored view under the status bar and translucent by adding/removing some padding.

I made "touchMove" event to be coalescable, which makes us not send anything while dragging (since this makes both scroll events and touch move events coalesced and not being send until either next js frame or the next different touch event occurs).
This change is far from perfect. The event name is a hard coded string and the coalescing works with some (reasonable) assumptions on internal structure of these touch events. Which may or may not be really true. It would be great if someone could comment on these.
I'm thinking about making the touches more strongly typed. Any thoughts on this?

This diff finally makes touch events to be emitted to js from the same object as scroll events. Thanks to changes in previous diffs this means the js will now process them in the right order.
This diff on its own would cause us to send events to js on every frame while dragging a finger on the screen. This is something we tried to avoid with event coalescing in the past, and gets fixed in the following diff D2884595.
public
___
**This diff is part of a larger stack. This is a high level overview about what’s going on here.**
This stack of diffs fixes an issue where scroll events and touch events wouldn’t be processed in the correct order on js side.
Current state of world:
* touch events are send to js immediately when they happen (this makes js respond to touches as soon as possible)
* scroll events are buffered, coalesced and send at the beginning of each js frame (coalescing helps in a case where js is busy processing for several native frames and would get all scroll event for that period afterwards)
How did I change this?
1. I’ve made touch events go through the same class every other event (scroll events included) go, RCTEventDispatcher. This gives us a single place to handle all events.
2. I’ve changed RCTEventDispatcher to flush all buffered events every time it gets a touch event before dispatching the touch. This fixes the original ordering issue.
3. I’ve made “touchMove” behave the same way as scroll events do - they are buffered and coalesced. Since “touchMove” events are fired as often as scroll events (while you drag your finger around), doing only 2. would bring back the issue buffering was fixing.
All of this together effectively still keeps the order of events right, avoids overloading js in the important case we care about. The only downside is an increased latency for “touchMove” events, since they are to longer send to js immediately.
(Even better solution would be changing the native->js event passing system to be pull based instead of push based. That way js would always request touches that has happened since the last time it has asked, which would make it get them as soon as it’s possible to process them and native could do coalescing at that point.
However this change has a much bigger scope, so I’m going with this stack of diffs for now.)

Currently only scroll events are send through `sendEvent`, and all of them are can be coalesced. In future (further in the stack) touch events will go through there as well, but they won't support coalescing.
In order to ensure js processes touch and scroll events in the same order as they were created, we will flush the coalesced events when we encounter one that cannot be coalesced.

I want to use the `RCTEvent` protocol for touch events as well. That's why I'm removing not very well defined `body` property and replacing it with `arguments` method, which will return an array that will be passed directly to the js call.
I think this makes sense because there is no unified arguments format for all events and and the called js method (`moduleDotMethod`) is already event specific.
This way touch events and scroll events can result in calling a completely different js function with a completely different arguments (what they indeed currently do).

The current `ScrollView.scrollTo()` API is confusing due to the `(y, x)` parameter order, and the boolean `animated` argument. E.g.
ScrollView.scrollTo(5, 0, true) // what do these arguments mean?
This diff replaces the API with a configuration object, so the arguments are all explicit:
ScrollView.scrollTo({x: 0, y: 5, animated: true}) // much better
The `scrollTo()` method checks the argument types, and provides backwards compatibility with the old argument format for now. Using the old API will generate a warning, and this will eventually be upgraded to an error.

Summary:
The bug occurs for the cases when there is a nested view structure of at least two views with removeClippedSubvews enabled and with a "collapsable" view in between them that migrates from the collapsed state to non-collapsed state.
What happens in that case is that the "inner" view with "removeClippsedSubviews" gets reattached to a new parent, but we never update it's clipping rect because the update is currently only triggered for the size change (and for scroll change in case of scrollview). In the case when the view was doing some "clipping" when attached to its previous parent it needs to update its "clipping" status because the parent has change and clipping rect is calculated based on the parent clipping rect (see `ReactClippingViewGroupHelper#calculateClippingRect`).
This change triggers `updateClippingRect` when the view is attached to the window, which covers the case when it's reattached from one parent to the other.

This diff changes it so it looks at the associated `package.json` to match the name up to mocks. This is the least invasive non-breaking change I can make right now. This diff fixes two issues:
1) Makes it so that when a keyboard is displayed, all keys in that keyboard actually can be set as text. Previously you could display a Numeric keyboard and it would only allow entering numbers despite the keyboard having other keys like comma, plus, space, etc.
a) This also allows any key entered on a physical keyboard to go through to the view even if not present on the Soft Input keyboard
2) Makes more robust our Filter setting in setMaxLength so that we only affect the InputFilter.LengthFilter if present instead of all.
This works by creating a new KeyListener which will respond to getInputType as the KeyListener it is replacing (like a DigitsKeyListener for a numeric keyboard) but allow all characters when actually entering text.

The reason why this is happens is because `collect` calls `response.addDependency` but if `recursive` is set to `false`, dependencies don't call `collect` and therefore don't get added to the resolution response. This fixes it by adding dependencies outside of the `collect` call.

The reason why HMR was originally on the internal transform was so that it worked with non JS code (TypeScript, Coffeescript, etc), but looks like this is not very popupar in the community, maybe because the JS ecosystem is getting better everyday.
So long story short, for now lets move HMR to the external transformer. This should also give us a perf boost.

To make sourcemaps work on Hot Loading work, we'll need to be able to serve them for each module that is dynamically replaced. To do so we introduced a new parameter to the bundler, namely `entryModuleOnly` to decide whether or not to process the full dependency tree or just the module associated to the entry file. Also we need to add `//sourceMappingURL` to the HMR updates so that in case of an error the runtime retrieves the sourcemaps for the file on which an error occurred from the server.
Finally, we need to refactor a bit how we load the HMR updates into JSC. Unfortunately, if the code is eval'ed when an error is thrown, the line and column number are missing. This is a bug/missing feature in JSC. To walkaround the issue we need to eval the code on native. This adds a bit of complexity to HMR as for both platforms we'll have to have a thin module to inject code but I don't see any other alternative. when debugging this is not needed as Chrome supports sourceMappingURLs on eval'ed code

This diff adds support for auto-resizing multiline text fields. This has been a long-requested feature, with several native solutions having been proposed (see https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/1229 and D2846915).
Rather than making this a feature of the native component, this diff simply exposes some extra information in the `onChange` event that makes it easy to implement this in pure JS code. I think this is preferable, since it's simpler, works cross-platform, and avoids any controversy about what the API should look like, or how the props should be named. It also makes it easier to implement custom min/max-height logic.

This diff fixes a bug in RCTScreenScale() on iPhone6+. The issue was due to the fact that the iPhone6+'s virtual screen resolution of 414x736 points 3x resolution (1242x2208 pixels) does not match its actual screen resolution, which is 1080p (1080x1920 pixels).
I did not realize that `[UIScreen mainScreen].nativeBounds` reports the *actual* resolution, not the virtual resolution, and was dividing by the virtual scale (3.0) instead of the actual native scale factor (2.6).
This only affects iPhone6+, because for all other iOS devices, the virtual resolution matches the native resolution.

I've changed the API to look like the following:
* `alert(title, message, callbackOrButtons)`
* `prompt(title, message, callbackOrButtons, type, defaultValue)`
I know that breaking changes are a big deal, but I find the current alert API to be fairly inconsistent and unnecessarily confusing. I'll try to justify my changes one by one:
1. Currently `type` is an optional parameter of `alert`. However, the only reason to change the alert type from the default is in order to create one of the input dialogs (text, password or username/password). So we're in a weird state where if you want a normal text input, you use `prompt`, but if you want a password input you use `alert` with the 'secure-text' type. Since the combination of node and haste modules (and modules that can be required as both node and haste module) can lead to situations where it’s impossible to decide an unambiguous module identifier, this diff switches all module ids to integers. Each integer maps to an absolute path to a JS file on disk.
We also had a problem, where haste modules outside and inside node_modules could end up with the same module identifier.
This problem has not manifested yet, because the last definition of a module wins. It becomes a problem when writing file-based unbundle modules to disk: the same file might be written to concurrently, leading to invalid code.
Using indexed modules will also help indexed file unbundles, as we can encode module IDs as integers rather than scanning string IDs.

This diff doesn't enable the strict mode transform since some internal facebook modules depend on it not being enabled. Map and Set are a standard JavaScript features, but are only supported in a subset of JSC versions that we target (e.g. iOS 7's JSC doesn't support Set).
The consequence of this is that failing to require('Set') before using it won't error during testing on a modern OS, but will fail on older OS versions. This diff makes the Map and Set polyfills available globally to all RN apps to avoid that problem.
