Fixes the `lint/sort-imports` errors that are now surfaced after fixing the lint configuration.
For a couple files, I added lint suppressions instead because the unsorted import ordering is important due to interleaved calls with side effects.

Summary:
This is a reopened version of https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/35224 by isidoro98 which was closed without explanation, updated to resolve new merge conflicts and now includes an example in the RN-Tester app. Aside from that it is unchanged. Here is isidoro98's description from their original PR:
This PR builds on top of https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/31402, which introduced the `automaticallyAdjustsScrollIndicatorInsets` functionality. It aims to fix one of RN's longstanding pain point regarding the keyboard.
The changes provide a better way of handling the `ScrollView` offset when a keyboard opens. Currently, when a keyboard opens we apply an **offset** to the `Scrollview` that matches the size of the keyboard. This approach is great if we are using an `InputAccessoryView` but if we have multiple `TextInputs` in a `ScrollView`; offsetting the content by the size of the keyboard doesn't yield the best user experience.
## Changelog:
[iOS] [Changed] - Scroll `ScrollView` text fields into view with `automaticallyAdjustsScrollIndicatorInsets`
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/37766
Test Plan:
The videos below compare the current and proposed behaviors for the following code:
```js
<ScrollView
automaticallyAdjustKeyboardInsets
keyboardDismissMode="interactive">
{[...Array(10).keys()].map(item => (
<CustomTextInput placeholder={item.toString()} key={item} />
))}
</ScrollView>
```
| Current behaviour | Proposal |
|-|-|
|  |  |
As can be seen in the video, the **current behavior** applies an offset to the `ScrollView` content regardless of where the `TextInput` sits on the screen.
The proposal checks if the `TextInput` will be covered by the keyboard, and only then applies an offset. The offset applied is not the full size of the keyboard but instead only the required amount so that the `TextInput` is a **specific** distance above the top of the keyboard (customizable using the new `bottomKeyboardOffset` prop). This achieves a less "jumpy" experience for the user.
The proposal doesn't change the behavior of the `ScrollView` offset when an `InputAccessory` view is used, since it checks if the `TextField` that triggered the keyboard is a **descendant** of the `ScrollView` or not.
## Why not use other existing solutions?
RN ecosystem offers other alternatives for dealing with a keyboard inside a ScrollView, such as a `KeyboardAvoidingView` or using third party libraries like `react-native-keyboard-aware-scroll-view`. But as shown in the recordings below, these solutions don't provide the smoothness or behavior that can be achieved with `automaticallyAdjustsScrollIndicatorInsets`.
| KeyboardAvoidingView | rn-keyboard-aware-scroll-view |
|-|-|
|  |  |
As shown in the videos, the `TextInput` is hidden by the keyboard for a split second before becoming visible.
Code for the videos above:
```js
// KeyboardAvoidingView
<KeyboardAvoidingView
style={{flex: 1, flexDirection: 'column', justifyContent: 'center'}}
behavior="padding"
enabled>
<ScrollView>
{[...Array(10).keys()].map(item => (
<CustomTextInput placeholder={item.toString()} key={item} />
))}
</ScrollView>
</KeyboardAvoidingView>
```
```js
// rn-keyboard-aware-scroll-view
<KeyboardAwareScrollView>
{[...Array(10).keys()].map(item => (
<CustomTextInput placeholder={item.toString()} key={item} />
))}
</KeyboardAwareScrollView>
```

This creates 2 examples for IntersectionObserver in RNTester:
* The first example is just a copy of the example provided by MDN in the documentation page for `IntersectionObserver` (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Intersection_Observer_API). This example is useful to show how React Native behaves the same way with the same code.
* The second example is a "stress test" for the API: a screen with 500 simultaneous node being observed at the same time with different observers. As we compute the intersections after scroll (after "mounting" the state update with the updated scroll position) in the main thread, this highlights a possible impact on scroll performance.
IntersectionObserver isn't yet enabled by default, so no need to add a changelog entry about this. We'll add one when the API becomes generally available.

`AlertIOS` was deprecated and removed long ago (https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/e2bd7db732602b2c477fe040f2946bd8293df297) but there continues to be a test page with the name `AlertIOS` in RN-Tester. `AlertIOSExample.js` contains valid examples of how to use `Alert.prompt()` so it's worth keeping them around. Let's move those into `AlertExample.js` and remove `AlertIOSExample.js`. While we're here, let's do some extra fixes to the test page:
- Remove `showsIndividualExamples = true`. For whatever reason, I needed to remove this to show the examples properly...
- Convert all uses of `<TouchableHighlight>` with `<Pressable>`. The latter replaces the former, so I thought that made sense..
Some extra context:
In React Native macOS, we had forked `AlertIOS` into `AlertMacOS`, with a corresponding example page. This PR was made while working on removing those (https://github.com/microsoft/react-native-macos/pull/1548/).

[General][Added] - Add a C++ only TurboModule example (for Android/iOS/macOS/Windows)
react-native@0.69 introduced a new bridging layer to ease integration for pure C++ TurboModules using C++ std:: types directly instead of the lower level jsi:: types:
https://github.com/facebook/react-native/tree/v0.69.0/ReactCommon/react/bridging
This bridging layer can be used in JSI functions or more conveniently in C++ TurboModules.
Here is a example of an C++ only TurboModule which will work on Android and iOS and macOS/Windows (using microsoft/react-native-macos|windows) only using flow/TypeScript and standard C++ types.
C++ only TurboModules are very handy as they do not require to work with JSI APIs - instead std:: or custom C++ can by used.

Summary:
This is the first diffs that backs out the Custom Native State from the Codegen. The reason why we are backing it out are:
1. It forces users to create new types in JS that are not ctually used there. For example, the NativeState you define, and eventually exports, in JS is not used anywhere in your JS code.
2. You need to put in the JS native state some types that does not exists in JS, only to have them generated by the Codegen. ImageRequest, for example, does not exists in JS, but you need it in your (iOS) state to load images
3. There are a lot of edge cases due to how C++ handles variables. Some variables needs to be created as pointers. Some others as `const &`. It does not scale to hard code all of them and there is the risk to have the same type that needs to be a pointer in some case and something else in others.
4. It is better to instruct the users on how to properly create a component with Custom State, Shadow Node and Descriptor.
