Claude 3c2e627218 Update paused project dialog: upgrade as primary CTA, restore as secondary 
- Change main CTA to "Upgrade" linking to the change-plan page
- Make "Restore project" a secondary button
- Rename "Cancel" to "Back to organization"
- Use full-page dialog (size="big") instead of small modal

Prem Palanisamy 0e5a0b8274 fix: migration resource enum keys and site deployment handling 
- Fix SDK enum casing (Environmentvariable, Sitedeployment, Sitevariable)
- Use kebab-case keys in ResourcesFriendly to match backend values
- Always include deployments when function/site root is checked
- Remove environment variables checkbox from migration form
- Add optional chaining for unknown resource types in details view
- Sort migrations list by newest first
