Because of the input pattern uses the v RegExp flag,
ranges like [A-Za-z] must be wrapped with []. In
addition, the last - in [A-Za-z0-9-] needed to be
escaped.

Steven NguyenandTorsten Dittmann cf7b417474 Use longGeneric instead of longOffset for time zone name 
longOffset shows the time zone as "GMT-08:00" which may be confusing
or force the user to think for a second before realizing that it's their
local timezone. longGeneric shows the time zone as "Pacific Time" which
should be clearer.

Steven Nguyen 571c104659 Show max length for sms and push messages 
Providing a limit will help clarify for the user so that
they won't send a message which will then fail because
of the limit.

Since the limit varies by provider, the Console is going
to use the smallest limit out of all the providers.
