Jake BarnbyandClaude Opus 4.5 1abc707285 Remove strict file size assertions from avatar tests 
The PNG file size varies depending on ImageMagick version and
compression settings. The meaningful validations (dimensions,
format, content-type) are already being tested.

Jake BarnbyandClaude Opus 4.5 741e1fb296 Update utopia-php/websocket to fix compression flag issue 
Temporarily use dev branch (fix-conditional-compression) that only
applies SWOOLE_WEBSOCKET_FLAG_COMPRESS when compression is enabled.

This fixes websocket compatibility issues with Swoole 6.1.6.

Jake BarnbyandClaude Opus 4.5 d57659c37e Fix header handling for Swoole 6.1.6 compatibility 
- Update utopia-php/migration to 1.5.1 (fixes duplicate header issue)
- Fix content-length header override to replace instead of append
  - Single-value headers (content-length, content-type) must replace existing values
  - Multi-value headers continue to use array semantics

Chirag Aggarwal a744cb0843 fix: add global scope declaration for $register in registers.php 
PHPUnit's FileLoader::load() includes bootstrap files inside a function
scope. Without the global declaration, $register is created in local
scope and isn't accessible when other files (like resources.php) use
global $register to reference it.

Internal SMS always has a single recipient, so remove the unnecessary
count-based tracking and simplify to just log the country code directly.
