premtsd-code 4105f2fb38 Fix testCreateAppwriteMigration: statusCounters is populated after sync 
performMigrationSync waits for the migration to reach completed status
before returning, so statusCounters is populated with success/error
counts by the time the test asserts on it. Flip assertEmpty -> assertNotEmpty.

Adds the stored byte size (after compression and/or encryption) alongside
sizeOriginal so clients can see how much space a file actually occupies.
The sizeActual attribute is already persisted on file documents.
