* Add en.lproj strings and restore CFBundleLocalizations for Weblate integration

* Add CFBundleLocalizations to Info.plist.tmpl

* Move Localizable.strings from Base.lproj to en.lproj to avoid Weblate duplication

* Remove Base.lproj/Localizable.strings (moved to en.lproj)
