improved filtering (network connections etc)
 	improved UI (flagged files red in info window, centering components, etc)
	code cleanup (moved init XPC connection into AppDelegate, etc)
	error msgs now syslog'd
	extra sanity checks, etc
	fixed logic issue w/ refreshing & filtering
