- Add virtual function dumpDetectionEntries() to
   MetaEngine
 - Glk, Sky and SCUMM do not have proper
   definitions for dumpDetectionEntries()
 - Add md5PropToGameFile() to extract prefixes for
   md5s
 - AdvancedDetector writes content of DAT file to
   STDOUT
