Walter Agazzi 7808fb52e6 AGS: Engine: tidied few remaining old functions in Mouse namespace 
* minstalled -> Mouse::GetButtonCount();
* msetgraphpos -> Mouse::SetSysPosition() (internal);
* mgetgraphpos -> Mouse::Poll();
* msetcursorlimit -> merged with Mouse::SetMoveLimit();
* msethotspot -> Mouse::SetHotspot().
