Torbjörn Andersson 0d3206f2d9 BBVS: Fix main menu button sizes 
Don't scale the button sizes by the GUI scale factor, because they're
specifically designed to fit the game window. The GUI scale factor still
affects the text size within the buttons, which may or may not be a
feature. I don't know how to change that, and they look nothing like the
original buttons anyway.

Thunderforge b2db1cff01 DOCS: Combining Windows paths into one section 
It was discovered that %APPDATA% works in Windows NT/2000/XP. Therefore, we do not need different sections for each version.

Orgad Shaneh 6be5b08c78 SCUMM: Show subtitles on talkie versions without sound file 
If the game is a talkie version, on which the verbs reference sounds, but
it is missing the sound file, and the user chose Voice Only, a warning
appears for every playback attempt.

Force subtitles on this case, to avoid these warnings.
