Thierry Crozat 662c73e2f4 DOC: Update iOS compilation instructions 
Our library package does not contain the mpeg2 library. Until a few
month ago mpeg2 was disabled by default. But now it needs to be
explicitly disabled.

Thierry Crozat d867b983e9 DOC: Update clone command for iOS in latest doc to get master branch 
The documentation used a clone command that gets the 2.2 branch. This
is confusing for the latest version of the doc, and even results in
an error (as the theora feature was renamed theoradec, but branch-2-2
still has the old name).

Thierry Crozat 755b41f949 DOC: Add back some iOS build instructions lost when moving to the doc portal 
It might be nice to add an animated image to show how to disable
bitcode generation for iOS builds in XCode, but at least now the
basic instructions are there.

Getting started/ports:
- As a trial, redesigned the site layout
- All install/control/path info is now contained in section "The basics"
- Duplicate information  has not been removed - awaiting feedback

General changes:
- Lightened up the tone in some sections
- Made headings more descriptive
- Added reference to .ini keys on Settings pages
- Reformatted Launcher page
- Split adding/playing games into two pages
- Added favicon
- Changed formatting of inline code
