Fix also Naranja stuttering when entering the set sometimes,
Toto speaking to Velasco before picking up the phone or before being towards it
and Toto not speaking anymore to Velasco after Manny screams at him.
This new version of patchr is based on bsdiff format (although it doesn't
share code with it, since it has been written from scratch)
All patches written for the old version have been ported to this one.
