Eugene Sandulenko 3bf264084d DISTS: Added dummy file with translatable strings for scummvm.appdata.xml 
Based on request in Bugreport #10901

This is used for sticking those strings into our translations. A tool
to generate appdata.xml before the release with all the strings extracted
will follow once we have the translations
