BAGEL: Experimental fix to show button in CBagNextCDDialog modal
...
I'm honestly not sure how the various paint/Show methods work
enough to simulate them. The Next CD dialog in particular does:
1) It draws the dialog background
2) It creates the button and calls it's Show method to display it
3) It calls the Show method of the modal
This is the confusing bit.. called for a button, it renders it
into the view, but when Show is called for the modal, it doesn't
do any rendering, since re-rendering the background was erasing
the button that had already been rendered.
For now, I've done something that may be a bit of a hack.
A _children array has been added to CBofWindow, and the call to
UpdateWindow, after calling OnPaint to draw the dialog, then
iterates over each child to also re-render it. That way, the
same calls work for both the button and the modal.
