athrxx eb6a769085 KYRA: (LOK/Mac) - fix talkie version 
The talkie version was silently killed while we completed the support for the regular Mac version.

Also cleanup all the LOK static resources a bit (remove garbage offsets).

athrxx 999689abff KYRA: (LOL) - add keyboard key binding for map button 
Allow map display via 'm' key. The original doesn't have that, although there are keyboard controls for most other buttons.  I add this as a feature, since it's useful for controller play.

Johannes Schickel 800fc0722d DEVTOOLS: Rewrite create_kyradat. 
Now static data is directly stored inside source code files which allows the
tool to generate kyra.dat without any additional input.

This will make supporting fan translations easier, since only the localized
strings have to be added and an appropriate game entry has to be added.
