New SDK uses hardlink tricks in CPIO to compress package better. When using the extraction filter, the hardlinked files are extracted badly and files are corrupted New iPhone SDK needs a really recent LLVM because of Swift related changes in the headers. Newer LLVM needs fixes to compiler-rt build process
