There's currently no easy way to switch user when landing on the
authorization page. This adds a button to do just that.

The logout view now accepts an "r" param to keep track of the redirect
after signing in so the Oauth flow is not broken. It goes like this:

- authorization page
- sign out
- sign in
- authorization page (as newly signed-in user)
