Stefanija Boshkovska b173943be0 Set session-id cookie before loading the settings web view 
In some cases the cookie can be dropped or missing.
We need to make sure it's there by setting it.
This should help some users that experience errors when opening settings.

 - Prefer lightweight initialized user context when available

 - Fallback to full user context initialization when required

Marino Meneghel dd57b03464 User session updated flow checks whether the session is available in the cache 
This solves an issue where switching users wouldn't work due to the old-user-id being
the only one in the  (which would result in eternal loading for
new-user-id even though the latter has a cached session)

Marino Meneghel 267c220c4b Use new stream API to observe user changes 
This change is to troubleshoot the "RustBuffer had non-zero capacity" native panic
which seems to occour in correspondence of the async callbacks thorugh uniffi.

Niccolò Forlini 5520ce2d4c Remove initial 30s delay on background processing 
The recent Rust SDK exposes a method to stop ongoing foreground work so we don't need to defer the background processing ~30s after the user sends the app to the background.
