Craig Erskine	02c4751a5c	added link to release notes ... We need to make sure that the release notes .html file is the exact same as the version number (ex. OE v2.1.1 = rnotes/2.1.1.html). In the future I'd like to just have a single release notes file per major version that we keep building on rather than having a million little x.x.x.html files that keep piling up.	2019-11-20 08:59:59 -06:00
