Update core to new Reicast source. Fix shutdown (would often crash or hang) Limit input to 1 controller. Some games crash with more than 1 controller (it is in Reicast) Make reset work.

Better calculate the wait time per sound playback call. Use the time that it should take to play the samples and the time between sound calls using mach_time.
