* replaceNode: Always use non-adjusted end

* Never adjust start position either

* Fix excess property checks, remove unnecessary arguments

* Make 'insertText' and 'newLineCharacter' private

* Use replaceNode in one more place now that it doesn't affect comments

* Update replaceNodeRange too

* Always ask for ChangeNodeOptions
