CI: Upload build artifacts and fix iOS Firebase Swift error ( #1910 )

* ci: upload Android (.aab) and iOS (.app) build artifacts in CI
- Uploads app-debug.aab for Android appbundle builds
- Uploads Runner.app for iOS builds
- Uses actions/upload-artifact@v4 with matrix filtering
- Artifacts are available for download from the Actions run summary
* ios ci fix: enable experimental Swift feature for Firebase build
Add `-enable-experimental-feature AccessLevelOnImport` to OTHER_SWIFT_FLAGS in Podfile
to fix Swift compiler error caused by FirebaseCoreInternal on Xcode 15+.
