Ben Rollin 5969b7dd2f Add intro to confirmation email 
Because we require confirmation from all users and no longer send the
welcome email, the confirmation email operates as the first and perhaps
only email the user sees. Let's add a thanks for registering.

Thibault Duplessis 7e8ab4ee7c remove b m i keyboard shortcuts from analysis board 
to jump to next blunder, mistake or inaccuracy.

`m` conflicts with focusing keyboard `m`ove.

I doubt anyone uses these shortcuts. If needed we could add a single one
that cycles through all glyphs.
