move modules/tree to modules/hub/tree, remove fishnet dep to evalCache

as a step towards diamond architecture,
with the goal to speed up lila compilation

Add study.Node methods to tree.Branch

WIP to merge both representations
finish implementing methods for tree.Branch and List[Branch]
Eventually List[Branch] should be abstracted as a total wrapper
Node.Root -> tree.root WIP

rewrite BSONhandler of `Node` and `Node.Root` to instead read and write from `tree.Branch` and `tree.Root`
Note: this commit include several DEBUG and TODO comments that need to be addressed later

`TreeBuilder` should eventually go but for now it still adds a few info about dests and opening
