Enrico Ghirardi 90b1d6988a More consistent TUTableView scrolling behavior with maintainContentOffsetAfterReload 
Taking into account the view resizing during the preLayout even when
the maintainContentOffsetAfterReload is set, to produce a consistent
scrolling behavior.

this wasn't a problem in 10.7, but in 10.6 the header view wouldn't get

Brian William Wolter 359ba5463b Fixing an issue where table section headers may not be propertly removed 
In -_preLayoutCells the section info array may be released and recreated, however any header views currently on screen were not removed as a result of this, which could cause them to stack up.

- Adding -mouseEntered:, -mouseExited: support to TUINSView so the hover view is correctly updated when the mouse leaves the TUINSView (and therefore whatever view it was previously on)
- Updating drag-to-reorder row geometry to correctly reorder when the mouse is dragged outside the table bounds
- Adding initial support for scroll view scroll indicator visibility styles

- The method -scrollToRowAtIndexPath:atScrollPosition:animated: now accounts for the pinned header when scrolling
- Table headers that extend from the new class TUITableViewSectionHeader (which is optional) are notified when they become pinned/unpinned
