- .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/: bug report, feature request, transparency audit templates
- .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md: PR checklist
- docs/ARCHITECTURE.md: detailed architecture for code auditors — data flows, open vs closed components, ADRs
