Add Support for DocC in Xcode 13 (#1091)
* Add support for DocC
DocC "files" are actually folders `.docc` appended to the name, but Xcode 13 treats them differently. Therefore, we need to exclude them from the normal BuildPhase.
Resolves#1089
* Add tests for DocC
Expanded an existing test to include .docc support.
Also added a .docc catalog to the Test Project.

Added support for missed product types.
* [#1094] Fixes failing tests.
* [#1094] Added test project targets.
* [#1094] Making iig-file type of source code.
* [#1094] Attempt to fix CI failure.
When a scheme only contains a test target, and you want it to build when "Building for Run", you don't want the test target to be set as the launch action. This fixes that.

* Allow messages applications to skip the compile sources phase
By default, simple iOS sticker packs created in Xcode do not include
a compile sources phase. This change will allow messages applications
with an empty list of sources to skip that phase entirely.
* Add support for launchAutomaticallySubstyle in run schemes
This is especially important for simple iOS sticker packs that require
this run scheme setting to be set to 2 in order to run the scheme
properly.
* Add commandlineArguments to XcodeGenKit Scheme specifications
* Update xcproj reference, format code, cleanup usage of
commandlineArguments in ProjectGenerator
* Update docs, CHANGELOG and equality checks in Scheme.swift
* Doc update
* Update fixture tests to have command line arguments. Fix remaining issue
with Scheme creation through "Test Scheme"
