Oliver Drobnik 8f4a7eae8d Fix incorrect parameter names in .env.example file

Fixes #6

Update parameter names in `.env.example` and `README.md` files

* **.env.example**
  - Update `IMAP_USER` to `IMAP_USERNAME`
  - Update `IMAP_PASS` to `IMAP_PASSWORD`
  - Update `SMTP_USER` to `SMTP_USERNAME`
  - Update `SMTP_PASS` to `SMTP_PASSWORD`

* **README.md**
  - Update `IMAP_USER` to `IMAP_USERNAME` in the `.env` file example
  - Update `IMAP_PASS` to `IMAP_PASSWORD` in the `.env` file example
  - Update `SMTP_USER` to `SMTP_USERNAME` in the `.env` file example
  - Update `SMTP_PASS` to `SMTP_PASSWORD` in the `.env` file example
