* Added '--verbose' in cocoapods job
* Fixed 'error: No simulator runtime version'. Some of the example apps cannot be built on github actions.

Shin Yamamoto afe2a9bced ci: remove macos-11 runner 
The macOS 11 runner image was removed on 6/28/2024.
https://github.blog/changelog/2024-05-20-actions-upcoming-changes-to-github-hosted-macos-runners/

Therefore Carthage support was removed from README since the 'carthage' job can
no longer be run and then 'carthage' build can not be checked.

Shin Yamamoto 92c10830ff ci: use Xcode 15.2 on the GitHub Actions (#619) 
- Replaced 'runsOn' with 'runs-on'.
- Supported build jobs for Xcode 15.2.
- Didn't use `macos-11` as possible which was deprecated.

* Updated 'ci' workflow for Xcode 13.3.1
* Modernized and simplified the workflow using 'strategy.matrix'
* 'arm64-apple-ios15.4' target is not included in swiftpm because its build gets an build error.

Shin Yamamoto aa5fbe9e94 Move the main ci to github actions (#437) 
Because of the migration from travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com. As a
bonus, ci builds on github actions are much faster.

This repo still needs travis-ci for testing on iOS 10/11/12 simulators
on Xcode11.x. So this doesn't remove .travis.yml
