To change these settings, choose CotEditor > Settings, then click Donation.

| Continuous support | A continuous donation to the CotEditor project. The subscription renews automatically each year. To cancel the subscription, click “Manage subscriptions” to open the App Store page and cancel it there. |
| Badge type | Select the badge shown on the status bar while continuous support is active. |
| One-time donation | A one-time donation to the CotEditor project. You can send it multiple times but there is no particular reward like the coffee badge by the continuous support. |
Donations are handled through in-app purchases on the App Store provided by Apple. This feature is available only in CotEditor downloaded from the App Store.
Donation buttons are available only when you are connected to the internet.
