* Resolved dependency on SwiftArgumentParser

- Moved BlueSocketTestClient and BlueSocketTestServer to Examples folder
  with it's own Package.swift file

* Update minimum swift argument parser to 1.1.3

* Update podspec; Update travis build platforms.
