## Summary
There are already most arithmetic operators in constant propagation:
`+`, `-`, `*`, `/`.
We could add more, namely: `|`, `&`, `^`, `<<`, `>>`, `>>>` and `%`:
Input:

function f() {
return [
123.45 | 0,
123.45 & 0,
123.45 ^ 0,
123 << 0,
123 >> 0,
123 >>> 0,
123.45 | 1,
123.45 & 1,
123.45 ^ 1,
