lauren 7dc01b9876 [DiffTrain] Prune all unnecessary files (#25787) 
Note that this PR is targeting the `builds/facebook-www` branch. 

Delete all unnecessary folders from this branch since the only files we
are syncing are in the `compiled` folder.
