Jan KassensandGitHub 41ecbada0e Enable prettier for some blocklisted fixtures with invalid GraphQL (#30425 )

The invalid GraphQL in these fixtures somehow causes an unhandled
promise rejection error when running `yarn prettier-all`. This fixes
that issue by making the GraphQL valid.

babel-plugin-react-compiler

React Compiler is a compiler that optimizes React applications, ensuring that only the minimal parts of components and hooks will re-render when state changes. The compiler also validates that components and hooks follow the Rules of React.
