In InferTypes when we infer types for properties during destructuring, we were breaking out of the loop when we encounter a hole in the array. Instead we should just skip that element and continue inferring later properties. Closes #34748
React Compiler
React Compiler is a compiler that optimizes React applications, ensuring that only the minimal parts of components and hooks will re-render when state changes. The compiler also validates that components and hooks follow the Rules of React.
