Tim Yung ede74e5936 RN: Cleanup ExtendedError Type ...

Summary:
Cleans up the `ExtendedError` internal type and moves it into a separate module instead of burying it in `parseErrorStack.js`.

Also, this resolves some unnecessary Flow type suppressions.
